VAT on charter starting from France

We have been informed this morning by the French fiscal authorities (DLF) that the VAT will be applicable to the charter from 15th of July 2013.
All contracts, signed prior to the July 15th 2013, will benefit from the actual system.
The applicable VAT, will be at the rate of 19.6%, and a 50% reduction will be applied. A detailed instruction will be published by the French fiscal authorities.
Nota: It is foreseen that the VAT rate will be increased to 20% in the near future
