As a company owner, I understand the need of yachts owners and captains looking for the perfect collaborators to work with on a daily basis. As a sailor, I will always admire the sea and all the people giving time and energy to protect our landscapes and oceans.

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep balance you must keep moving.

I came to France 5 years ago after winning a scholarship at my University back home in Hungary. It was love at first sight! I finished my studies, returned home but I was missing something. So after a couple of years I came back to do a master degree at the IAE Nice. To validate my degree, I had to do an internship and that’s how I started my career at Marinescence in February 2016. I have always had a great interest in Human Resources. My favorite part of the job is to find “the match” for our clients and candidates, but I have to admit that I also love to witness when a new career kicks off.

I am very active, I have to be in motion all the time. I love sports in general, travelling, eating, discovering new cultures and facing new chalenges.

One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.

After growing up in the French Riviera, at the age of 20 I felt the desire to move abroad. I booked a plane ticket to London and stayed there for a couple of months.

Well, that was enough time to realize how much I was willing to travel.

This is how the idea of chasing seasonal jobs came and how I ended up, for 8 years, working in the French Alps and in Montreal.

At the age of 30, I decided to settle down and I applied for a job at Marinescence as a crew agent. It has now been 7 years.

I still enjoy meeting interesting people from all over the world and helping newcomers to find their first job on a yacht.
