In the heart of historical Dordogne, known for its gastronomy, the village of Neuvic gave its name to a producer brand: Caviar de Neuvic.
The Estate is located on the banks of the Isle, the pioneer for sturgeon breeding in France where two caviars are produced: Baeri and Oscietre. A world caviar selection from a partner producer are also available: Sevruga and Beluga. Our caviars are available in two ranges, Signature and Reserve, both expressing caviars’ subtle complexity with fresh notes of nuts and dried fruits.
Respect for the environment and for our products are our principal concerns. Caviar de Neuvic develops through a global protection approach which encompasses all resources used for the caviar production: nature, animals and humans.
Ur caviars are available from 30g tins to original tins of 1,7kg. We deliver the French territory in 24h to give you the best support for special events and occasions.
