The project : 25m private motor yacht based in south of France is looking for a cook/stew starting at on the 1st of May until the end of September. The boat is in use approximately 70 days out of 120. May, June, September they stay in the Cote d'Azur; July and August they go to Corsica and Sardinia. While the boat is in SOF the owner and his friends eat a lot out, the chef becomes busy in Corsica and Sardignia. The owner is ok to hire a stewardess to help out the chef with housekeeping for this period. The owners friends leaves nice tips all the time, the boat has a really familial and nice atmosphere and normally there is 2 weeks of vacation for the crew during the season. The boat is on anchor most of the time. The owner is here 30/03-02/04, he would like ot have the interviews and payed trials at this time. Starting salary is 3500 euros/month, which can be renegotiated after the first 30 days (if the chef is motivated enough and perform well).

Desired profile : The owner treats the crew really well, he has the captain on board since 12 years and the previous cook/stew stayed for 14 years, but she is retired now.We would like to find someone who is familiar with this atmosphere and if everything goes well, ready to stay for several season and become the "part of the family". The ideal candidate is English and / or speaking under, motivated, hard- working. She needs to be able to cook well and do nice presentation.
