The project : A private M/Y based of 24 meters based in Saint Tropez is looking for a Cook Stew ready to start as of middle of April 2018 till the end of October 2018. The boat will stay in Saint Tropez during the summer season, he will most of the time go on little trips to go to the nearby beaches, about 50 times during the summer. There is the eventuality of a little trip of a few days to Corsica or on the island of Porquerolles. There are 2 crew on the boat, you included. You will be working with the Captain. There is only one crew cabin which will be shared. The flag is English.

Desired profile : The ideal candidate has a real culinary background such as a Chef and will have to prepare food on the plate for 6 guests, above 6 guests, you will prepare a buffet with dishes. The guests will then help themselves directly. You need to be able to prepare mediterranean food, nice salads, pasta...in a gourmet style. You will have to help the Captain to clean and organize the boat. The Captain will be mostly in charge of cleaning the exterior part of the boat and you will have to clean the interior part of the boat such as the bathrooms and very rarely you will have to take care of the bedrooms. However, the boat is most of the time on day charter during the season and it is extremely rare that the guests sleep on board. (3 guest cabins on board). Salary : 3000 euros per month
