The project : A mangusta M/Y of 50 meters is looking for a Chef to start as of beginning of February 2018 for a full-time contract. The boat will be based during this summer around the South of France, in the French Riviera or nearby the Italian coast. The boat counts 9 crew and 12 guests on board in the summer.

Desired profile : STCW 95 is required as well as Food Hygiene Certificate. Please note that the Chef will be in charge of preparing all kind of food, and charter style food. The ideal candidate is extremely dynamic and challenging. He/She knows how to manage stress and pressure in his/her kitchen. A similar experience on a previous boat is required too. Speaking English fluently is mandatory, a little french will be appreciated. The Wages per month will be 7 500 €.
